Avionics:
Featuring a Garmin 530 WAAS that is coupled to an STec 30 with altitude hold. There is also an additional panel mounted Garmin 496. The audio panel is a CP-125, the second nav/com a MK-12D with a second glide slope indicator. The transponder is a KT-76 with encoder and it has a four place intercom.

Equipment & Features:
3-blade propeller, Hobbs meter, EGT/CHT indicator, wheel fairings, heated pitot, alternate static system. The aircraft is hangared and immaculate. There was minor damage to the firewall in 1973 and to the nose gear in 1979, both well repaired and documented. The logs are detailed and complete from the factory test flight.

Exterior:
The aircraft was stripped, etched and repainted in Imron by Dial Eastern Painting several years ago, but it has been hangared since and it shows beautifully. It is finished in a very attractive scheme of overall Matterhorn White with Forrest Green Metallic trim. The accent is Inca Gold Metallic.

Interior:
The interior was recently completely redone, with new plastic trim and new glass. The seats and sidewalls were reupholstered in gray vinyl and Light Raspberry fabric and the carpet is a medium gray. The seat belts are new and the cabin has been detailed.

Comments:
This immaculate Skylane is turnkey and should need nothing but routine maintenance for many years of happy flying. Call me now to discuss this plane.
