A picturesque bed and breakfast located on the Tygart River in the scenic hills of West Virginia.
Avionics:
VFR equipped with an MX-12 nav/com and an AT-50 transponder with encoder. There is a yoke-mounted Garmin GPS and a 2-place intercom.

Equipment & Features:
Horton STOL kit, tail strobe, post lights, artificial horizon and directional gyros, 8-day clock, Rosin visors, cowl plugs. The compressions at the last annual were 79, 72, 75, 77, 76, 78. The aircraft is hangared.

Exterior:
Overall Matterhorn White, with Azure Blue trim and Navy accent.

Interior:
Light Blue vinyl seats and sidewalls, with matching blue carpet. The glass appears to be good and the headliner is recent.

Comments:
A very clean early swept-tail Skyhawk with lots of flying left in it.Call me now to discuss this plane.
