Status:
This well-kept aircraft is the 14th from the last Chieftain Piper ever made. The total time is 5,975 hours and the engines have just 320 and 608 hours since major overhaul by Signature Engines. The log books are complete and detailed since manufacture, and there is no damage history. When the present owner bought the aircraft in 2008, he had many major components replaced with new; heater, all deice boots, air-conditioning system and much of the avionics suite to name a few. The props have 975 hours since they were overhauled in 2007, and the annual was done in April 2019. The aircraft is kept in a heated hangar.

Exterior:
The aircraft is painted over all LightDesert Tan, with Onex Black trim and Cloud Gray accent. Although the paint is not recent, the condition is fair and it shows a gloss, as an always- hangered aircraft should.

Interior:
The 8 place interior features tan leather seats with matching carpets. Club seating is arranged in the front, with two executive tables. The aft seating is forward facing. The condition is good.

Comments:
This aircraft is the lowest time 1984 Chieftain on the market. Complete logs, no damage history and impeccable maintenance combine to make this a great buy. Call me now to discuss this airplane.
