| 5,530 hours total time, 290 hours SMOH, annual due September 2021. The logs are complete from 1992 onward. The aircraft is hangered, and the owner has kept meticulous records on the aircraft and all the upgrades and improvements. It is on oil analysis with excellent trends. The records are unusually well sorted and organized. | ||
| Avionics: The nav/com is a Narco Mark 12D and the transponder an AT-150 with encoder. There is a two-place intercom, and the aircraft has the uAvionix skyBeacon installed for ADS-B out. |

Features: Vernier mixture control, MetCo wing tips, 3-point strobes, Bracket air filter, cylinder head temperature gage, Hobbs meter. |

| Exterior: The aircraft is painted overall Matterhorn White, with Navy trim in the original factory scheme. The aircraft shows very well. |

| Interior: Most interior plastic was replaced with new and a Burn Certified Airtex interior and Woolrich headliner were installed. All windows are clear and bright, and all the interior paintwork has been redone. Overall the interior gives the impression of being very fresh. |
