Avionics:
The aircraft is IFR certified, featuring a KMA-24 audio panel with markers, dual KX-155 nav- coms which were installed new in August 2018 and have a glide slope indicator, a Garmin GX-335 transponder with ADS-B out, and a two place intercom.

Equipment & Features:
Strobe light, true airspeed indicator, 8-day clock, exhaust gas temperature gage, heated pitot tube and an alternate static system. A complete service manual is included with the aircraft. The aircraft is hangered, and the logs are complete since new.

Exterior:
The aircraft is finished in overall Matterhorn White, with Roman Red trim. The paint has a good gloss and shows well.

Interior:
Red fabric and vinyl seats and sidewalls, black carpeting. Very neat and attractive.

Comments:
This is a clean and well sorted Cherokee 140 ready to go IFR. It has the desirable throttle quadrant and an excellent history. Call me now to discuss this plane.
